It doesn't serve you to get frustrated by things you can't change. Instead, focus on things you can change (including your response to the things you can't change).
Like not pruning a tomato plant, when you give your time and energy to EVERY good idea, NOTHING gets fully developed or completed.
It's ok to only work with people who want to work with you. Don't feel compelled to work with everyone.
It's a lot easier to help someone who actually wants help. Even people say they want help may not actually want to hear your advice.
