At the end of the sales conversation when the prospect is ready to commit, they don’t need any more information. They need affirmation. They want to be reassured that they’re making a good decision. So don’t tell them more about your product, tell them they’re going to get the results they’re looking for and they’re going to be glad they moved forward.
