In business, we’re looking for people who are looking for us. We’re called to serve certain people. If the customers who complain the most also pay the least, consider raising your prices to make it clear that you’re not a fit for them. Also, if you don’t raise your prices and end up going out of business, then you won’t be able to serve anyone.
